UK-Only Delivery: To ensure the highest quality of service, we currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom.
Production Times: As a "Made-to-Order" boutique, please allow 3–5 business days for your piece to be printed and hand-finished.
Delivery Estimates: Once dispatched, we use Royal Mail Tracked 24/48. You can typically expect your garden-grown design to arrive within 3–5 working days of your order.
Eco-Packaging: Your order will arrive in minimal, sustainable packaging, reflecting our commitment to the earth.

Our scarves and bags are quality checked before delivery; however, we understand that there can be errors.

We will happily talk about returns and organise refunds or replacements if the item has a manufacturing flaw.
