How we use AI
We selectively use AI tools to help us bring our scarves and accessories to life online:
- Product descriptions — Some descriptions are drafted with AI assistance (Shopify Magic) and always reviewed and refined by us before publishing.
- Product imagery — We use Adobe Firefly to enhance or generate supporting visuals. Where AI has been used in imagery, it is used to complement our aesthetic vision, not replace authentic product photography.
What remains entirely human
- All sourcing and curation decisions — every product is chosen by us.
- Customer service and communications.
- Final approval of all content before it reaches you.
Why we use AI
As a small independent brand, AI tools help us maintain the quality and detail of our product presentation without compromising on care or accuracy. We use it as a craft tool, not a shortcut.
