Because every Bho Sìol item is a custom-made botanical study—printed and sewn specifically for you—we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or incorrect size selection.

Damaged or Faulty Goods: We take immense pride in our quality.
In the rare event that your item arrives with a manufacturing fault (such as a print error or structural defect), please contact us at sales@bhosiol.com within 14 days of receipt.
The Process: Please include your order number and clear photographs of the fault. Once verified, we will immediately arrange for a replacement to be handcrafted and shipped to you at no extra cost.
