What is the return policy?

Every purchase is made to order. Please be sure that you want to make the order before you buy it.

Our scarves and bags are quality checked before delivery; however, we understand that there can be errors.

We will happily talk about returns and organise refunds or replacements if the item has a manufacturing flaw.

If you are not happy with your purchase, let us know within 14 days, and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right. sales@bhosiol.com

As Bho Soil designs are homegrown in Scotland, your orders are also sustainably handmade in the UK.

Your items are manufactured in London. We work with a long-established, high-end producer who sources local, natural materials.

We use the newest print technologies for brilliant print quality and eco-friendly water-based inks.

A professional production team with skilled craftspeople makes your order.
