Refund Policy

All Bho Sìol scarves are made to order, so we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

Cancellations You may cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it. After this window, production begins and cancellations cannot be accepted.

Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives with a manufacturing fault, please contact us at sales@bhosiol.com within 14 days of receipt with your order number and clear photographs of the fault. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you, including return postage.
